Halsbury Barton

Halsbury Barton has been submitted for planning as a new build barn to replace an existing barn on site. The project started off with a planning approval for a class Q Barn conversion obtained through Peregrine Mears Architects. KŌST were then appointed to review the design and gain planning for a new build in lieu of the class Q conversion. KŌST didn’t want to lose the charm of the existing barn and so replicated the form but enhanced elements such as the addition of the chimney and gable projections as well as developing the textures of the proposed facades.
